Owner has gotten directly involved via weekly phone calls but progress continues to move along at a snail's pace. It has been a cycle of poor communication with inSync appears that the left hand does not know what the right is doing and vice versa. There has been a clear lack of understanding of the needs of our practice since day one, heightening our frustration and lengthening the overall support process. It has many bells and whistles which you cannot "turn off". We are a pediatric rehabilitation practice, providing OT, PT and SLP. Positive: This product appears to be designed primarily for larger primary care practices. Too many clicks to navigate the simplest tasks take far too long, impacting clinician productivity. Other requests that ARE addressed appear to "undo" repairs that have actually been performed. Repairs/fixes requested by my team often result in "enhancement requests" that can be as far as 6-9 months out. Too many icons, most of which I was informed could be modified or removed.
